We request a deposit of £50 from every guest booking a colour and cut service. This deposit will be used as part payment towards your service. If you fail to show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit in line with our cancellation policy.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit becoming non-refundable. The same policy applies to missed appointments.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will always do our best to be understanding where possible. However, this policy allows us to manage our appointments fairly and offer availability to other clients.
